Celebrity Chef Jet Tila to Headline Exclusive Restaurant Takeover at Choctaw Landing’s Tuklo Grill

Tila has developed a special four-course meal

HOCHATOWN, Okla. – Choctaw Landing, just 10 miles north of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, is set to host an exclusive culinary experience as celebrity chef Jet Tila takes over Tuklo Grill for a two-night event. Guests will enjoy a one-of-a-kind, four-course menu personally curated by Chef Tila, promising an unforgettable evening for food enthusiasts.

The chef takeover will take place on Friday, February 27, at 6 p.m. and Saturday, February 28, at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $150 per person and can be purchased exclusively through Ticketmaster.

Tila is a James Beard award-winning chef and Food Network star. He can often be seen judging, hosting, and competing on Chopped, Tournament of Champions, Ready Jet Cook and Iron Chef America, as well as many other shows.

The celebrity chef is a best-selling author, James Beard award winner and Emmy nominee who grew up learning to cook Thai food before attending French and Japanese culinary schools. The Royal Thai Consulate named Tila the Culinary Ambassador of Thai Cuisine, making him the first ever chef to represent his country’s culture and cuisine. Tila is the VP Culinary of Pei Wei Group and the managing partner of Dragon Tiger Noodle Co. in Las Vegas.

Tila will make appearances in the dining room throughout the evening, while also working with Choctaw Landing’s chefs to prepare his signature dishes. The meal will begin with a prawn “Crying Tiger” salad accompanied by chili crisp dressing, followed by lemongrass coconut chicken soup. The main course will feature beef filet with black garlic demi-glace, Japanese purple potatoes, bok choy, and sweet miso sake salmon. Guests will finish the meal with Ali’s Butterscotch Budino.

This event offers guests a rare opportunity to experience the flavors and creativity of one of the culinary world’s most celebrated chefs in an intimate setting at Choctaw Landing.
