The area was one of Choctaw Nation’s original settlements after the Trail of Tears and is home to large numbers of Choctaw tribal members, many of whom own and operate local businesses. Bandits ATV & Boat Rentals: There’s plenty to explore at Beavers Bend State Park, and Bandits ATV & Boat Rentals, a Chahtapreneur business in Broken Bow, has everything you need for a weekend of fun in the great outdoors. Gypsy Brew: If you’re looking for a grab-and-go option, Gyspy Brew is a locally owned coffee shop offering daily specials and delicious drinks. The Chahtapreneur shop features baked goods like butter pecan muffins and pumpkin rolls, as well as lunch options like wraps and loaded baked potatoes. Tuklo Grill: Located inside Choctaw Landing, Tuklo Grill was named the Best New Restaurant by Casino Player Magazine in 2025. Tuklo Grill serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual, welcoming environment with locally inspired dishes, such as catfish and frybread.
